1 Acceptance
By using oneinfra.tech, the documentation, or any oneinfra software, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or software.
2 The marketing site
Content on oneinfra.tech (including product pages, security claims, and pricing) is provided for informational purposes. Specifications and capabilities may change. Contractual commitments live only in signed agreements, not on this site.
3 The software
oneinfra is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind — express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Self-hosted deployment means you are responsible for how and where you run it, including compliance, backups, and access control within your environment.
4 Design-partner beta
If you are participating in the design-partner beta, additional terms in your beta agreement override conflicting language here. Beta software may have rough edges; we appreciate your feedback through hello@oneinfra.tech.
5 Acceptable use
Don't use the marketing site, demo, or software to:
- Violate any law or third-party right.
- Reverse engineer or scrape at a rate that disrupts service for others.
- Attempt to extract data about other oneinfra users (there isn't any — the site is read-only and self-hosted — but it's worth saying).
- Misrepresent oneinfra's affiliation with you or your organization.
6 Intellectual property
oneinfra and the oneinfra wordmark are property of the project maintainers. The marketing site copy and design are licensed for personal viewing; redistribution requires written permission.
Source-available components are governed by their respective LICENSE files in the repository.
7 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will oneinfra or its contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of the site or software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
8 Changes
We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date above will reflect the change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
