Install it on a real cluster
A staging or low-criticality production cluster is fine. We need you actually using it, not just looking at slides.

A 30-min call every two weeks
We watch you use the product and ask follow-up questions. You tell us what is broken, missing, or surprising.

Public GitHub when the repo opens, or a shared Slack channel until then. We will not waste your time with feature-request portals.
