The short version: oneinfra is self-hosted by design. The platform — agent, control plane, AI, storage — runs inside your infrastructure. Your cluster telemetry, logs, traces, deploy history, cost data, and investigation transcripts never leave your VPC.
1 What we collect
The only data that ever reaches oneinfra.tech (this website) is:
- Standard HTTP server logs (IP, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) for marketing-site requests — retained 30 days.
- If you email hello@oneinfra.tech, the contents of that email.
- If you book a demo via this site, the form fields you submit (name, work email, company, message).
2 What we don't collect
We do not collect, transmit, or retain any of the following from your deployment:
- Cluster metrics, logs, events, traces, or pod/container payloads.
- Application source code, configuration, secrets, or API responses.
- User identities from your SSO / SAML / OIDC provider.
- AI investigation prompts, intermediate reasoning, or results.
If you bring your own LLM provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, or a self-hosted model), prompts are sent directly from your network to that provider under your terms — never proxied through oneinfra.
3 How we use the data we do receive
- Email contact: to reply to your question and, if relevant, schedule a follow-up.
- Demo form: to schedule the requested demo and follow up afterwards.
- Server logs: to monitor site health, debug errors, and detect abuse.
We never sell, rent, or share this data with third parties for marketing.
4 Cookies & analytics
The marketing site does not set tracking cookies. We do not run third-party analytics (no Google Analytics, no Segment, no Hotjar). Page-view counts come from our own server logs.
5 Your rights
If you have written to us or submitted a form, you can request a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or request deletion by emailing hello@oneinfra.tech. We respond within 30 days.
6 Security & data residency
Marketing-site form data and inbound emails are stored on infrastructure in the EU. Operational data within your deployment of oneinfra stays where you put it — your own VPC, your own region, your own keys.
7 Changes to this policy
We will post any changes here and update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of this page for at least 60 days.
